What can you expect with us if you have an impairment?

// Corona Info: Unfortunately, the festival can not take place in the usual extent this year. This concerns the Inclusion Camp and accessibility on the site. If you still want to participate but need support, or would like to find out about the conditions on site or already have a ticket and want to bring a companion (designation B), then please contact us by e-mail: info@wurzelfestival.de //

With us, the following applies: Everything’s possible, nothing’s a must. If you have any questions or if you are unsure whether you will be able to get along with us at the festival, just send us an e-mail to inklusion@wurzelfestival.de. We can make a lot of things possible if we know in advance. It is only important that camp beds, required electricity, necessary support etc. are requested beforehand via our form.

To purchase an Inclusion ticket, please fill out our form, after that, you will receive an e-mail with the ticket link.

Festival site

We try to make our festival almost barrier-free. Since the festival takes place mostly in the forest, this is not an easy task. 100% accessibility is not something we can guarantee. But we do our best to make sure that you can move as freely as possible. All floors are accessible by wheelchair (and you won’t be parked at the edge!). There are also barrier-free sanitary facilities on the festival grounds.

If you need people to support you when in the festival zone, please register them on our registration form. If you have a visual impairment, there are volunteer guides for the blind on site, who will be happy to celebrate with you. Please register for this as well via the form.

Campsite

On the campsite, you can get around easily with a wheelchair, thanks to the runway. Also, this time we have organized an inclusion camp. We have team tents and camp beds in this camp, which you can use if needed (registration required!). Of course, you can also bring your own tent. In this area, there will be helpers who are active in healing and educational care and who are happy to lend a hand, day or night.
You can also borrow a gas stove from us in the camp, then your luggage might be a little lighter. You can also charge your E-wheels here. If you wish, it should also be possible to feed electricity into your tent in the area of the camp (registration necessary!).
Here, you will also find a barrier-free shower cubicle, which is equipped with a toilet and a shower. Additionally, there will be two barrier-free porta-potties.

Important: If you arrive by car, you need a car ticket. You can organize this HERE. If you arrive by train and want to use the bus shuttle, you can buy a ticket in advance.

Ticket

In order to purchase one of these tickets, you must first fill out the form that you will find HERE.
The information is important for us, so that we don’t lose our organizational overview and we can plan how many people will celebrate with us in the Inclusion Camp and who needs help in what form.
After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail with a link where you can buy your ticket.

The ticket is intended for people with impairment who have a designated “B” status in their ID card. The accompanying person always enjoys free admission in this case. In addition, there is a discounted ticket for you.

If you have less than 750€ per month at your disposal, you can buy the Inclusion ticket for 44 Euro plus the necessary additional fees.

If you have more than 750€ available, you can buy the Inclusion ticket for 75 Euro plus the necessary additional fees.

Please understand that we have to finance our accessibility.
